Production Costing
This method focuses on the direct costs that are tied directly to the production of the product:
 
  • Direct Materials: The raw materials used directly in the product’s construction (e.g., components, chemicals, packaging).

  • Direct Conversion : All Process Cost to convert the raw material to finish goods.

  • Indirect Operation Expenses: Costs indirectly tied to the product manufacturing, such as Sourcing Cost, Quality Check Cost, Sale Cost, Operation monitoring cost, Packaging, transportation for raw materials or special handling of components
