You have 3 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card). Please note that the refund may take a few days to reflect, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that certain products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include project order booking amounts and sample transportation fees (from the factory and to the factory). These items cannot be claimed under our return/refund policy.
